Georgenne M. Kesen Warnas, age 83, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2023, at Phoebe Richland Health Care in Richlandtown, PA. Born in Richlandtown on March 2, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Mary (nee. Flammer) French.
She was the beloved wife of Joseph J. Warnas.
Georgenne enjoyed Bingo, crafts and crocheting.
She loved talking with family and friends and was fond of saying, “I speak my mind, because it hurts to bite my tongue.”
In addition to her husband, she is survived by brothers, Paul French (preceded by Betty), and Kenneth French (preceded by Carol), sisters Mary Warnas (Gerald), Betty Garland (Rich) and Shirley Scampton (Terry) as well as many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Georgenne’s Funeral Mass on Friday, December 1, 2023, at 11:00 AM at St Isidore’s Catholic Church, 2545 West Pumping Station Rd., Quakertown, PA 18951, where her family will receive friends in Church from 10:00 to 10:50 AM, prior to Mass. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Quakertown.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Georgenne’s name may be made to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia online or by mail
