Elizabeth Miller—11/3/2015

Elizabeth C. Miller, age 94, of Hatfield, died on Nov. 3, 2015 at Abington Health Lansdale Hospital.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Horace and Etta Mae Boyce Clayton. She has been a lifelong resident of the North Penn area.

She was a member of the class of 1939 from North Wales High School and the class of 1980 from Temple University.

Elizabeth served as a WAC with the US Army during WW2 at Fort Knox, KY.

She owned and operated Libby’s Beauty Salon which was located on Lincoln Ave. in Lansdale.

Mrs. Miller was member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Lansdale. She was also a member of the Bux-Mont Women’s Veterans organization.

Her husband, Edward J. Miller, died in June, 1980.

Surviving is her daughter LeNora Little and her husband Douglas of Hatfield and her sons John E. Miller and his wife Donna of Schwenksville and Robert L. Miller and his wife Terry of Douglasville;  9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Her sister Anne Henning and her brothers Harry and Richard Clayton are deceased.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Friday, November 6th at 11AM at St. Stanislaus Church, 51 Lansdale Ave., Lansdale, PA. 19446 where the family will receive friends on Friday from 10 to 10:45AM. Interment St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
