John R. White, age 90, of Lansdale died on May 1st at Elm Terrace Gardens. He had been in failing health.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late George P. and Marion McShane White.

He served in the US Navy during WW2.

He had been living in Florida until 1980 when he moved to Lansdale. While living in Florida, John sold construction equipment for M. D. Moody and Sons.

He was a faithful member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Lansdale.

Surviving is his sister in law Patricia White and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brothers George, Edward, Charles, Joseph, Richard and Daniel White and his sisters Elinor Morgan, Margaret Reilly, Marion White and Jane Meade.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Tuesday, May 5th at 10AM at St. Stanislaus Church, 51 Lansdale Ave., Lansdale, PA where the family will receive friends on Tuesday morning from 9 to 10AM. Interment Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery.

For those desiring, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in John’s memory to St. Stanislaus Church (address above) would be preferred.
