Robert “Frankie” “Bob” “Frank” Roberto
07/07/1938 to 09/05/2022

Born to Mary Schembri Roberto and Frank Roberto, 84 years ago, he grew up on, Line Street in Lansdale. NO matter where he lived, his heart stayed on Line Street, Lansdale.

Returning to Lansdale after serving in the USAF, he was proud to work at the US Gauge in Sellersville for more than forty years until his retirement in 1999.

Also known by his family and friends as Double-Bob, Dad, Pops and Honey, he has loved so many things in his lifetime. Besides his wife, kids, granddaughter, and extended family. He loved telling stories of the old days with his siblings and growing up with Bob Nuss, Mel Ehly and Herman Goetter. He loved all gatherings with family and friends, wood carving, bird watching, his Hobo conventions, gardening, photography, WWII History, watching Football and Baseball, Q-Mart, the day-old Bakery section at Landis Market and, his precious Tuesday morning breakfasts at Keystone, with the old Ametek gang.

Once you were a friend of Frank’s, you were always a friend. If he loved you, he loved you all the way.

Frank is survived by; his wife Betty (Booth), son, Anthony Roberto, daughter, Barbara Jensen, granddaughter Emily Roberto, Stepsons Nathan Wolf, Randy Wolf (Julia) and MANY Roberto nieces and nephews.

Frank was proceeded in death by three of his children, MaryAnn, Jamie, and Robbie and his parents and beloved siblings; Rosie, Dolores, Frannie, Lucy, and Buddy.

Services are this coming Tuesday, September 13th at St. Maria Goretti Church. 161 Derstine Road, Hatfield, PA (at Cowpath Rd.) Family and Friends may gather from 11:00 am to Noon. A Mass will follow. Burial will be at St. John Neumann Cemetery, 3797 County Line Road Chalfont.
