Betty Prykaz, age 85, of Hatfield died on Tuesday, October 4th at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington.

Born in Towamencin Township, on January 4, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Francis E. and Carrie Bergey Lucom. She has been a lifelong resident of the North Penn area. She graduated from Souderton High School.

Mrs. Prykaz was a homemaker and was the beloved wife for 55 years of Adam W. Prykaz who passed away on May 12, 2006.

Surviving is her devoted daughter Donna S. Morris and her husband Edward of Lansdale. She was preceded in death by her brother Francis Lucom and her sister Shirley Wambold.

Betty was a longtime member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Lansdale and the North Penn Senior Center.  She loved animals, playing games, the beach, traveling with her kids and the color pink.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service on Tuesday, October 11th at 11AM at the Simcox-McIlvaine Funeral Home, 532 E. Main st., Lansdale, PA. 19446 where the family will receive friends Tuesday from 10 to 11AM. Interment St. John Neumann Cemetery.
