Stanley Sadowski, age 96, of Lansdale died on Sunday, March 6th, at his residence in Lansdale.

Born in Bayonne, NJ on January 11, 1920, he was the son of the late Walter and Bertha Zawstoski Sadowski.

He worked for many years for the Borough of Lansdale as custodian and in maintenance at Memorial Park in Lansdale.

He and Stanislawa Opiatowski Sadowski married in 1946. She passed away in 2014.

Mr Sadowski was an active member of Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Doylestown.

He was also preceded in death by his baby boy son Janusz Sadowski and his brother Walter Sadowski.

Stanley was very close to his two nephews John Opiatowski of New Hope and Anthony Opiatowski of New York City.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Thursday morning from 9 to 10AM at the Simcox-McIlvaine Funeral Home, 532 E. Main St., Lansdale, PA. 19446 and to attend his Funeral Mass at 11AM at the Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa, 654 Ferry Road, Doylestown, PA. 18901. Interment at the Shrine Cemetery.
