Joan B. Dougherty, age 81, of Towamencin Twp., died Monday, October 26, 2015 at Abington Health Lansdale Hospital.

Born in Philadelphia she was the daughter of James and Grace (nee. Keyser) Brownlee.  She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Dougherty in 2005.

Mrs. Doughtery worked as an Accounting Secretary for the District Court House in Ambler.

She is survived by her three daughters; Jayne Hinderliter and her husband Keith of Colmar, Nancy Hart and her husband Joseph of Cape May Court House and Carolyn Zimmerman and her husband Phil of Villanova.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Monday, November 2, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 900 Sumneytown Pike, Lansdale, PA. 19446, where the family will receive friends from 10 to 11 AM before Mass.  Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.  Arrangements are by Simcox-McIlvaine Funeral Home in Lansdale.
