Henry M. Griisser, age 84, of Hatfield, died on March 19th at Doylestown Hospital.

Born in Baltimore, MD., he was the son of the late Henry and Lillian Tyler Griisser. He has lived in Hatfield for 42 years.

Mr. Griisser was a retired Master Sergeant serving in the US Marine Corps for 28 years serving in both Korea and Vietnam. Following his retirement from the Marine Corps he worked at the former Hunter Springs Company. He was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Lansdale. Mr. Griisser was an avid reader.

Surviving is his beloved wife of 34 years Beatrice A. Maiorano Griisser, his daughter Diane Hubbell and her husband Jack of Florida and his sons Steven Griisser of Florida and Brittan Doll and his wife Lydia of Lebanon; 4 granddaughters; and his brothers Robert Griisser of Maryland and Gene Griisser.

At Henry’s request, services and interment will be private.
