Alberta J. McCool, age 83, of Lansdale died March 18th at her residence.

Born in Ardsley, she was the daughter of the late William and Alberta 
Mauthe McCoach. She has lived in Lansdale for 15 years and was formerly 
of Philadelphia. She was a graduate of Kensington High School.
She was an office worker with Sears and Roebuck Co. for many years.

Mrs. McCool was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Lansdale.
She also was a member of the Lansdale Womens Club and worked at polling booths in Lansdale during elections. She also enjoyed cooking.

Her beloved husband of 45 years, George T. McCool, died in October, 2003.

Surviving is her son George T. McCool, Jr. and his wife Linda of Blue Bell, four daughters including twins Christine M. Finnegan and her husband Laurence of North Wales and Patricia M. Juliano and her husband Joseph of Oreland and Kathleen A. Witt and her husband Hans of Collegeville and Jeanmarie V. Pollock and her husband William of E. Stroudsburg and 13 grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Anna E. Smollen of Springhouse. She was preceded in death by brothers Albert, William and Raymond McCoach.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday evening from 6 to 8PM at the Simcox-McIlvaine Funeral Home, 532 E. Main St., Lansdale, PA. 19446 and also on Saturday morning from 9 to 10AM at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1000 W. Main St., Lansdale, PA. 19446 followed by her Funeral Service at 10AM. Interment Hillside Cemetery, Roslyn, PA.
For those desiring, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Alberta’s memory to Trinity Lutheran Church, (address above) would be preferred.
