Ronald S. Stadelmeyer—1/16/2015

Ronald S. Stadelmeyer, 82, of Colmar, PA passed away on Friday, January 16, 2015 at Abington Health Lansdale Hospital.
He was the beloved husband of Marie (Rigling) Stadelmeyer. Born on December 28, 1932, he was the son of the late Stanley and Helen (Orchowski) Stadelmeyer.
He is survived by two daughters; Christina M. Gross and her husband Christopher of Hatfield, and Elizabeth H. Rizol and her husband John of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by two grandsons Anthony and David Rizol of Charlotte and a brother Stephen A. Stadelmeyer of Lansdale.
Ronald was a member of the U. S. Navy during the Korean Conflict, serving as meteorologist. He was a graduate of the school of mechanical engineering at Villanova University. He spent most of his career employed with Ford Electronics.
He was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, in Lansdale. He was an avid reader, enjoying as well gardening, woodworking, and following collegiate basketball, especially The Villanova Wildcats.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service on Wednesday, January 21 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 51 Lansdale Ave, Lansdale, PA. 19446. A viewing will be held from 9 to 10 AM followed by Mass at 10 AM. Internment with military honors will follow at St. Stanislaus cemetery in Lansdale.
